During my time at Catalyst, a GroupM / WPP Agency, I was responsible for creation and delivery of winning organic search strategies and campaigns for premier Fortune 500 clients. I was the SEO lead for Procter & Gamble’s beauty CPG and lifestyle brands, including CoverGirl, Olay, Secret, DDF Skincare, My Black is Beautiful, and Orgullosa.
Typical duties performed for clients included: providing competitive and keyphrase research and analysis; insights on search trends; technical site audits; content analysis and optimization / strategy recommendations; SEO recommendations for websites and off-site assets; linking strategies; as well as measuring and reporting on performance, and presenting research and strategies to clients and partner agencies.
I also assisted with product development, responses to RFPs and new business pitches. I was a contributor to the company blog, author of POVs, and a member of the Catalyst Blog Editorial Committee. In addition, I helped create our employee training materials and was appointed as a Catalyst Wikiologist.
